Introducing: JOY Organics CBD products!
A Colorado company that is owned by Joy Smith. Joy’s 7-Step Process for the Highest Quality CBD:
Step 1: Superior Farming
Every product Joy creates starts with our natural proprietary strains of hemp that are high in CBD. All of the hemp used is grown in nutrient-rich soil in the United States.
Joy Organics' farmers operate under strict guidelines and we take advantage of a state-of-the-art farming process. Not only does this enhance the quality of their natural proprietary strains, but it also makes sure products are safe, regulated and unsurpassed in their potency and consistency.
Step 2: Raw Hemp Processing
The plants use are dried and warehoused after they are harvested. When a plant is required for production, it is milled into a coarse powder. The milling process adheres to the highest standards in the industry. Once processed, it is shipped to processing and manufacturing facilities in Colorado.
Step 3: Proprietary Extraction
Joy Organics use a proprietary hemp extraction and purification process that involves super critical CO2, a commonly used method of extraction. This ensures that many of hemp’s beneficial phytocannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids are preserved in the process resulting in extremely high quality broad spectrum hemp oil.
While CBD on its own offers many benefits, research has found that broad-spectrum product leads to multiplying benefits. This is called the entourage effect.
Once extracted, undesirable plant solids like waxes are removed from the oil.
Step 4: Separation
Before further refinement, the hemp extract is separated from the super critical CO2 used in the extraction process. Once this step is completed, the CO2 is recycled and re-used in the distillation process.
Step 5: THC Removal and Refining
One of the most important steps in the process is to extract even the most minute traces of THC. THC is the compound found in cannabis that produces the “high” associated with the plant. Joy Organics uses proprietary technology to remove unwanted compounds still present in the oil. These compounds include wax, chlorophyll, plant pigments and trace amounts of THC. It is then “washed” and “polished.”
You can see on lab reports that Joy Organics products contain no detectable THC.
Step 6: Third-Party Lab Testing
Every batch of product goes through rigorous third-party lab testing. Every production run is tested for quality and potency. This makes sure that cannabinoids, terpenes, essential fatty acids and phytonutrients are consistent. It also ensures that our products are free from contaminants like pesticides and solvents.
Step 7: Proprietary Nanoemulsion Technology
Joy Organics softgels require their oil to pass through another processing step. The raw hemp oil goes through a proprietary process that transforms it into nano-sized emulsions. This makes it the most bioavailable broad spectrum CBD in the industry.
Competitors’ hemp oil particles are anywhere between 100 and 1000 nanometers in size. Joy Organics particles are around 25. This small size leads to much more effective absorption.
This nanoemulsion process can make our softgel formulas at least two times more bioavailable than oil-based products. In addition to their nanoemulsion process, they use other proprietary technology to create water-soluble hemp powder used in dog treats and an energy mix. As your body has difficulty absorbing oil, this water-soluble format is also more bioavailable than standard hemp oil.
What does this mean for you? You can use less of the product made with these processes to achieve the same level of benefit as the products sold by most of our competitors.
