50 "Ayocote Amarillo" beans, Phaseolus vulgaris
The Ayocote Amarillo's big, beefy texture is delightful. Ayocotes provide a rich, bouillon-flavored bean broth, making them ideal for bean soups. Originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, the Ayocote family was one of the first cultivated crops of the New World.
