100 Yellow "Indian Woman" or Buckeye beans, Phaseolus vulgaris
Also called "Buckeye." Small golden colored bean, dense yet velvety, that holds its shape and produces a rich bean broth. A quick growing bean with a unique flavor. Yellow Indian Woman is incredibly creamy, almost more like a classic black turtle bean than anything else. It is dense without being intense. Thought to be originally from Montana.
