25 Cherokee "White Eagle" bicolor Indian Corn seeds
110 days. A beautiful blue and white corn with a beautiful red cob. (Occasionally there will be an all blue ear.) Some people see the image of a white eagle in the kernels!
Nice 8-10 ft. tall stalks, mostly two ears per stalk, with 6-7 in. hefty ears. Decorative as well.
This corn was the very first variety deposited into the Cherokee Nation Seed Bank in OK.
Makes great corn flour, being refined by the Cherokee Nation over many centuries of use in North America. Hang cobs in your makeshift barn until dry, hard and "dented" on the top. Store in canning jars in a cool, dark place, once thoroughly dried. Check for bug intrusion each month.
