Zea mays. Heirloom Bolivian white 'Perla' corn seeds, specifically grown by indigenous and rural Central American people for grinding into corn flour to make traditional tamale masa and tortillas.

Seeds grown in El Salvador. Translates to "white pearl corn." A dent or flint corn.

Small white kernels with an occasional yellow seed as well. For making corn flour.
