"Golden Beauty" Yellow Sweet Corn
Golden Beauty is a popular sweet corn developed in the 1950s. With an early harvest season, and known to be rugged and widely adaptable, it is a proven performer for most of the USA. Very productive seven inch ears of wonderfully sweet and flavorful kernels in 10-14 rows grow on short stalks. The relatively small size of this variety makes it a great corn for home gardens, and the earliness makes it a great option for a staggered and extended season. For some areas of the country, the earliness may allow you to harvest before corn ear worms become active.
Needs nitrogen-based fertilizer, full sun, and lots of water.
Untreated seeds. Non-GMO US heirloom.
