80-90 days. Inca heirloom.With its tiny, tear drop shape, the Inca Red Drop gives lots of eye appeal in the garden as an ornamental pepper. But unlike many ornamentals, the Inca Red Drop provides delicious fruity flavor akin to other Peruvian peppers with a very edible heat. It’s a terrific cross-over between ornamental beauty and culinary function. They are supposed to be hotter than a jalapeno, but my sample trial found one sample to bepretty mild. Organically grown by Datura Don at NightShade Farm, but not certified.
