Amish Paste's slightly irregular plum shaped fruits average 8-12 oz sport a slight point at the end. Their excellent flavor and good holding power on the shelf after harvest make them a constant favorite for 300 years. These meaty tomatoes are yummy in salads and are especially well-suited for making into sauces (paste) or for old-fashioned canning in Mason jars for the winter.
