Native to the Andes. Hardy to about 30F. Withstands light frost only.
Cacti prefer full sun, well draining soils and light water. The flowers are white and huge, with long enough spines to hurt.
I prefer a mix of half sand with half commercial cactus mix; place the seeds on top, lightly cover with a thin layer of perlite, and add a humidity dome during the germination phase.
20 seeds per packet, Open Pollinated, Untreated, NO GMOs.
