Annual. 69 days. AKA Wood's Prolific, Dwarf Butter bean, and Baby Lima. Simply the best heirloom baby Lima bean, with a noticeable buttery flavor. This is also the earliest and most prolific. Eat fresh before the seeds bulge, or it can be dried on the vine, stored, and cooked in the dead of winter.

The bush is very erect, strong, and produces a plethora of pods containing 3-4 beans each. Continues to set beans until the first frost.

Between 75 and 95 Seeds per Packet, Certified Organically Grown. Germination at 80%.

When first introduced by Peter Henderson & Company in 1889, it was called "Henderson's New Bush Lima Bean."
