AKA Feverfew. American prairie plant native to the Plains and used medicinally by Native Americans. Diuretic for kidney and bladder complaints, and traditionally used for gonorrhea. There is evidence it may have immune-enhancing properties like echinacea.  This tap rooted plant will benefit from direct seeding, or if using pots, choose deep pots and transplant before the seedlings get root-bound. Seeds benefit from a period of cold, moist conditioning (refrigerate)prior to germinating in warm conditions. Full sun.
