California Orange Poppy seeds, Eschscholzia californica, 4 sizes
Plant in late fall to late winter. Drought tolerant. Native to California, and our official state flower. This poppy has a carrot-like root that stores water. I have seen these flowers thrive in just a pile of gravel with no soil and no water. Heirloom wildflower that readily reseeds itself. Favored by bees as are most wildflowers.
About 50-60 seeds per gram. Four sizes. The 30 gram size is just over an ounce in weight.
