120 days. Rare flour corn seed from an elderly Cherokee woman in the Tuckasegee area of North Carolina. Has 11-12 in. ears on sturdy 15-ft. stalks. White kernels, 8-10 rows/ear, 50 seeds/row, easily dried.
Makes great corn flour, being refined by the Cherokee Nation over many centuries of use in North America. Hang cobs in your makeshift barn until dry, hard and "dented" on the top. Store in canning jars in a cool, dark place, once thoroughly dried.
