~100 Touchstone Gold Beet seeds, 2 grams
By all accounts, this is the best gold beet available, if not the king of beets: tender and sweet. Smooth round roots are richly colored with glossy tender tops, finely textured, and as sweet as beets can be. The orange color (beta-carotene) does not bleed, so gold beets mix well with other root crops when cooking. An excellent example of OP breeding. Beet leaves can be eaten like chard.
