Peshawar White Poppy seeds, Papaver somniferum, USDA Organic, Ore
A Traditional Opium Poppy, historically from the Peshawar region of Afghanistan. USDA Certified Organic seed, grown in Oregon. Almost pure white flowers. About 1,000 to 1,500 seeds per gram.
One customer did a plot test with seven different varieties, half from me and half elsewhere, and these white poppy seeds out-performed all the others for both total germination and plant vigor.
Winter flower. Plant in September or late winter when the average high temperature for the day is below 60 F. Strictly Medicinal seeds.
